Join us for a FREE Falls Prevention Awareness Day event for the whole community that includes: Health and Balance Screenings, Fitness Demonstrations, Home Safety Checks and Modifications, Medication Review, Family Caregiver Support, Refreshments and Giveaways and a Walk with a Doc at 10 a.m.
